1. Payment confirms you are ready for us to install your Curb Card. Please pay at the time of booking. 

2. We understand you would never want to do anything to harm our yard signs, but please know that there is a $20 fee for each individual letter or $40 fee for each piece of artwork that is damaged while in your care.

3. Please water your lawn thoroughly the day before we install your card- yes, even if it has rained recently! This will help us place the stakes in the ground.

4. Please let us know if you have a sprinkler system. 

5. We appreciate you sharing the joy your Curb Card brings to your family and friends, so please spread the word on social media and tag us on Facebook or Instagram.

6. Additionally, by booking with Curb Cards you agree to allow us to post your Curb Card picture and your home on our website and or social media accounts. 

7. We ask that you leave your Curb Card in its original install location. Removal and playing with the cards could cause harm. 

8. A lawn mower and weed eater can be detrimental to our Curb Cards. Please manicure your lawn before install time!

9. We understand life happens! If there is a need to cancel or reschedule, you may change your booking within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Cancellation on the day of will result in half of cost of your booking fee or you may reschedule your installation date. (Military: exceptions to policy apply on a case by case basis).

10. We cannot control mother nature. Please note we will not set up our cards in heavy rain, lightening, or blizzards. We will attempt to reschedule or a full refund will be issued.

11. Refunds will not be issued for: the wrong address given or any other circumstances that may prevent us from installing your Curb Card such as a vicious dog or violations of HOA rules, etc. 

12. It is your responsibility to ensure the installation of your card meets HOA rules and/or approval by other property owners (such as installing a Curb Card at your spouse's business).

13. Curb Cards will not be held responsible for any damage to property or humans for misuse of the signs after installation.

14. Use of our Curb Cards also includes your approval of our advertisement of our business with contact information included.
